International affairs deputy of the Organization of Cultural Heritage, Handicraft and Tourism said the organization is planning a conference in tribute to Iranian luminaries Avicenna and three others at the UN.
According
to the information center of the Organization of Cultural Heritage, Handicraft
and Tourism, Hojataleslam Mohammad Javad Adabi made the above announcement
stating that head of the organization is very much interested in introducing
Iranian luminaries to the world and the conference will be held in line with
the same cause.
As
he said, the Iranian luminaries will be Avicenna, Abu Saeid Abolkheir, Ibn
Rasteh and Abdolali Birjandi who are all registered in the UNESCO as Iranian
luminaries.
He
went on to say that the conference will be held in the presence of Avicenna
lovers and researchers from around the world at the locality of the UN.
Arrangements will be done by the representative of the Islamic Republic of Iran
at the UN.
